At On Track Solutions, we start with families. Family is the first place that shapes the way we live, the way we love, the way we listen, the way we learn, and the way we work; but not all families are the same, are they?
Did you have a family full of support and encouragement that built you up? OR Did your family offer little to no support and tear you down? For most of us, it was somewhere in between because no family is perfect. Maybe for you, family is a myth. Some families simply don’t function as families at all. You might not even what family is all about because you bounced around from one foster home to the other.
